One of the most exciting and challenging areas on David's Trail will be the fitness course. A series of obstacles and apparatus are strategically placed on the course to physically challenge participants. The fitness course will be a stimulating alternative to routine exercise and a fantastic way to be active outdoors. The David's Trail fitness course will be a perfect challenge for individuals, families, teams or groups.
Volunteers are at the heart of this trail-building project and this website as well. Friends of David manage the activity pages and share their outdoor expertise. Each will host a forum, inviting your additions, and will post tips. Each of the 15 activity content managers will also produce an ongoing blog dedicated to their activity topic.
