Be Active: Swim

With over 22,000 acres of beautiful, blue water, Lake Norfork provides many swimming areas and points of access. The recreational and distance swimmers appreciate the clear water and mild temperatures which allow the lake to be enjoyed nearly half the year.

Volunteers are at the heart of this trail-building project and this website as well. Friends of David manage the activity pages and share their outdoor expertise. Each will host a forum, inviting your additions, and will post tips. Each of the 15 activity content managers will also produce an ongoing blog dedicated to their activity topic.
